How to Place an Order:
To order items with prices on www.TiffanyFactory.com, it is easy to order. You need just put “Qty”, click “Add to Cart” and go on; but we have over 20,000 items on http://www.tiffanycatalog.net/ without prices. To order those items, you need do these steps:
1. Please decide on items and approximate quantity per item you want to order and give us the item numbers and quantity.
2. Please decide on lamp base material (metal or resin) and surface finish (electroplated brass surface finish or painted brown finish).Without requirement on it, we will use best metal lamp bases and electroplated brass surface finish
3. Please tell what kind of approval you need for lamps (UL, CE, BS, CSA, SAA or T-MARK) or in which country your products will be sold.
4. Please let us know packing requirement. Without special requirement, we all provide mail order packing for lamps or panels. Please tell you prefer white carton or brown carton. Without requirement on it, we will use gray brown carton.
5. If you need us to arrange shipping or courier, please let us know destination sea port or airport and detailed door address for courier. So we may quote shipping cost accordingly. If you do not need us to arrange shipping, please let us know your forwarder contact info.
After receiving your emails we will:
1. We will quote prices in 3 working days for our products online. For custom products, we usually quote only approximate prices and the final correct prices for custom products are given after samples are designed and made. For custom design for you, you need send us picture or samples. Samples are always appreciated since we may surely copy the same for you.
2. We will suggest again the quantity according to cubage of a full container if needed to alter to fit a full container.
3. We will quote shipping cost.
4. We will give delivery time.
5. After final order is agreed upon, we will send Proforma Invoice, according to which buyer is to pay.
The way we ship common orders (mostly full containers):
Usually we ship by sea. The cost depends on container type and your destination port. We suggest strongly you order bigger container for better prices and lower cost averagely for you. Usually it needs about 25-35 days to ship from China to main ports of US or Europe. 2. If you need lamps urgently, we may ship by air. The shipping time on the way needs about 10 days. Shipping by air is less expensive than shipping by courier but you have to clear customs at your destination airport.
Packing sizes of products and capacity of a full container:
1. Packing size: For items with prices, packing cubage is automatically given. For items without prices online, please check here to know mail order packing sizes for common lamps. We provide panels packing sizes when quoting. Buyers may calculate cubage and decide on quantity for each item and whole order according to our packing sizes and price discount policy.
2. Container capacity: Usually a full 20' container could fit 28 CBMs of cartons, a full 40' container could fit 56 CBMs of cartons, a full 40' high container could fit 68 CBMs of cartons and a full 45' high container could fit 76 CBMs of cartons (to some ports no or few 45' containers are available). If ordered items are mostly big lamps or other products, less CBMs could be packed into the container, 1-3 CBMs for a full 20' container as example.
Delivery Time (from factory):
within 35 days for the first 40" or 45" high container after receiving down payment, one more big container in per 5 days. Too many items with little quantity will result in longer time producing. And we need more time for producing during busy producing seasons. Big orders are always appreciated and paid more importance to by us any time.
